What’s new at Bummis? Splash! That’s what! There’s so much to love about Splash and it’s sure to become a staple for your summer (or that sunny family vacation you’ve got planned)! The Splash line includes some of your favourite Bummis swim products and some all new accessories.

Splash Reusable Swim Diapers:

Not sure a reusable swim diaper is for you? These are absolutely not just for cloth diapering families! Did you know that disposable swim diapers are designed to only catch poop? That means they won’t absorb any liquid. Reusable swim diapers do the same thing, only they do it better. Instead of covering up a disposable swim diaper and then throwing it away, a reusable swim diaper is too cute to cover and you can use it over and over again!

There are two styles of reusable swim diapers in the Splash by Bummis line. The first is the Swimmi sized swim diaper. The Swimmi has a cotton exterior and an inner protective mesh, and it has an easy to adjust hook & loop closure. The Swimmi swim diaper is available in four sizes: small for 9 -15 lbs, medium for 15 -22 lbs, large for 22 – 30 lbs, and extra large for 30 lbs +.

The second style is the One Size swim diaper. This swim diaper will fit babies from 10-35 lbs and adjusts to fit that range of sizing with 2×4 adjustable rise snaps. The One Size swim diaper has a sturdy snap closure, double gussets around the leg openings (amazing for runny poop containment), and a soft micro-suede inner lining.

Splash Swim Tops:

Now you can coordinate your little one’s swim diaper with a matching swim top! Pairing a Splash by Bummis swim top with one of the reusable swim diapers will make sure your little is on point this summer! Choose from the UV Tee and the Tankini. Yes! You read that right! Splash by Bummis has tankini tops to match their swim diapers! Why cover up that adorable swim diaper with a swim suit when you can create a fashion forward matching swim outfit?

The Splash UV Tee is made with a complementary solid colour on the body of the shirt, and the Splash print on the sleeves. The UV Tee is made out of lycra so it is perfect for wearing in the water and offers some stretch to make it easy to get on and off. The sleeves are full length, and the UV Tee is UV rated to provide certified UPF 35+ protection. The UV Tee is available in four sizes: small for 3-6 months, medium for 9-12 months, large for 18-24 months, and extra large for 2-3 years.

The Splash Tankini is completely adorable! Like the UV Tee, the Tankini top is made with lycra and is rated to provide certified UPF 35+ protection. The Tankini attaches at the back of the neck, and has a cute ruffle around the front of the neckline. The Splash Tankini comes in two sizes: small for 0-18 months, and large for 18-36 months.

Splash Caps:

Of course your child’s summer look wouldn’t be complete without a cap to wear at the beach, at the splash pad, or even in the pool! There are three different cap options available in the Splash line. Depending on your needs (and your child’s individual fashion statement), choose from the Swim Cap, the Sun Cap, and the Baseball Cap.

The Splash Swim Cap is perfect for wearing at the pool when a swim cap is required. Made out of lycra that is certified to provide UPF 35+ protection, this swim cap works equally well for indoor and outdoor pools. The Splash Swim Cap fits from 6 months to 3 years of age, and is available in all the One Size swim diaper prints!

The Splash Sun Cap provides the ultimate in sun protection for your little one. The Sun Cap is an adjustable one size hat that will fit from 6 months to 4 years old. With a nice sized brim all around and a long back to protect the neck from the sun, this hat is ideal for summertime!

The Splash Baseball Cap is my favourite of the Splash accessories! Just because your little one is no longer needing a swim diaper doesn’t mean they can’t get in on the hip Splash by Bummis look! Featuring the fab prints from the Splash line, these hats offer sun protection with loads of style. The Baseball Cap is available in two sizes: small for 6 – 18 months, and large for 2 – 5 years.
